Experience
- Vallier Law is built on 25+ years’ experience practicing commercial real estate law in Wisconsin.
- Substantial expertise drafting and negotiating contracts, with a particular focus on sales/ & acquisitions, leasing, financing and construction.
- Structure and implement complex real estate transactions, from land purchase through construction, including contract negotiations, financing, due diligence, zoning, easements, escrows and closing.
- Diverse client base, including regional developers, small businesses, financial institutions and a variety of tax-exempt organizations.
- Nonprofit experience – Jennifer Vallier has taught nonprofit law at the graduate level and served as the Executive Director of a nonprofit entity. She understands first-hand the unique challenges that nonprofits face. Combining a law degree with a graduate certificate in nonprofit management, she delivers nonprofit legal advice from a practical business perspective.
